According to Canadian officials, the hacker responsible for last week's Heartbleed-related breach of the Canadian Revenue Agency has been arrested. 19-year-old Stephen Arthuro Solis-Reyes from London, Ontario has officially been charged with the attack, which exposed the personal data of over 900 citizens. The charges in question are "unauthorized use of a computer" and "mischief in relation to data." 

THe attack itself took place as soon as news of the Heartbleed bug was announced, which did not give the CRA time to patch their servers. As a result, attackers were able to pull random snippets of data from the server's working memory, including sensitive financial information. News of the breach was not publicized until earlier this week, while Candian citizens are still being notified.
