Sony's PlayStation 4 has not let up its lead in the U.S. yet, with it placing first in the best-selling consoles list for the fourth month running. Microsoft's Xbox One is tailing in second place with 115,000 units sold, although it is unclear how big the gulf is given that Sony has not published figures yet. According to reports, combined sales of the PS4 and Xbox One have beaten sales of the PS3 and Xbox 360 by more than twice as much, in the same period of time.
Microsoft is set to see an uplift in Xbox One sales soon, however. From June, a version of the console without its Kinect sensor will be sold for $399, $100 less than the current version and eliminating an advantage for Sony. Between this and the Xbox One game Titanfall featuring as best-selling game over the last month, Sony had better watch its back.
