Facebook Dislike Button Appears on Messenger

Social Media users have been pressing Facebook for a ‘Dislike’ button for years now, but Zuckerberg and Co. haven’t budged on the issue until now. You won’t be seeing a full-blown dislike button any time soon from what we can tell- but you can stamp your disapproval all over Facebook Messenger if you want to.

The new thumbs-down icon is part of a ‘stickers’ pack which includes several others such as a hand holding champagne and a thumbs-up on fire. The free sticker pack can be downloaded from Facebook’s sticker store for anyone who wants to infuse their Facebook messages with a little anti-social media.

Stickers were first introduced for Facebook Messenger in April, but this is the first time the “Likes” pack has ever been introduced to users. Whilst Facebook isn’t talking about releasing a full dislike button right now, this sticker might help to appease users who want a wider range of reactions in their social media.
