Apple to launch 8GB version of iPhone 5c

By tomorrow there will be an 8GB version of the iPhone 5c, if the rumors going around are to be believed. It all stems from a reported leak of a document from German carrier O2, who detailed their staff on the new phone. An apparent image of a barcode linked to an 8GB blue model has also ben leaked. This would come as no surprise, considering the pressure Apple is feeling to make a relatively low-cost iPhone. According to TechCrunch, the new SKU would sell for around $85 less than the 16GB model. While it would cost Apple relatively nothing to build the new phones, the new models are bound to reap in the numbers if selling for less. While the launch itself isn't confirmed, this would be the right way forward for the tech giant.
