Acer has just announced a new all-in-one device: TA272 HUL is a 27-inch 10-point touch panel, powered by an NVIDIA Tegra quad-core processor, running Android Jelly Bean 4.2. Apart from being a gigantic standalone wi-fi enabled Android tablet, it can be used as an HD touchscreen monitor for Windows 8 machines or other devices.

The Android tablet comes with stereo speakers and a 2 MP webcam, and it can be equipped with keyboard, mouse and other peripherals too, thanks to the USB 3.0 port. As a monitor (2560 x 1440), devices can be connected via HDMI and Display Port.

Its recommended retail price is $1,099 that is just $100 higher than the monitor (T272 HUL) on its own, making the all-in-one version a good deal.
